app.paulshantanu.com is PSEPL's own AMC platform: the client sees every asset, report and complaint; the field engineer records visits with photos and on-site signature; the vendor works to SLA timers; our command centre and engineering NOC watch everything live. Manual checklists and IoT readings land in the same place.
